Hi everyone just letting you all know we have recently bought a mango ice cream it’s disgusting with fungus inside it my kid was about to have it lucky I saw it and when we informed them about the issue instead of apology they were so rude very bad customer service so I just advice everyone to be very careful while you are buying any kind of ice cream with them please double check

Hands down the best milkshake in town! The flavour was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced – you can tell they use quality ingredients. What really stood out though was the service. The lady at the counter went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about giving a great experience. It’s rare to find both top-quality drinks and such amazing customer service in one place. Highly recommend Falooda House – definitely my go-to spot from now on!

This place has limited space to seat and eat so I would recommend to have a take away and enjoy ☺️.
Service could be faster but again the person who is working other side is also human so we should not have a lot of expectation that we should be served quick.
Overall a good taste that I was hoping. They can add few more things to give it the real taste not saying it was bad.

I went with high expectations at this branch but was disappointed with Falooda ice cream we ordered. Some part of it was good but felt awkward due to watery taste of Ice cream (felt like as if water is mixed in ice cream) Would be sticking to Sydney road branch or with Flora in Sunshine.
Plus there is no medium size in some of their key offering. Better be prepared for that.

We ordered Kulfi Falooda and special Falooda. Both taste delicious but I will recommend
Special Falooda over Kulfi Falooda.
