Just not good enough on the service front. Every time I've come through DT, lines have stretched far too long since they can't be bothered to hire an acceptable number of staff. The girl serving me the other night looked depressed and didn't say a word while handing me my food after I waited in line 20+ minutes for one meal. I don't blame them for being so gloomy either, I can imagine that working in such circumstances would suck the soul out of anyone.
My advice if you REALLY want to get fast food in this area? Go anywhere besides here and Maccas. I've had much better experiences at the KFC across the street, and they are actually capable of getting customers out quickly!

Service was non existent. I waited 8 minutes before I finally had to ask if anyone was serving. After another 3 minutes someone finally took my order. The staff are not happy. The air-conditioning in the place seemed to be off. My order was taken on the 3rd of December 25 at 4:22 pm. Orders were backed up. I finally got my order at 4:35 pm.

This place is laterally falling apart.
14 minute wait for cold chips and nuggets in an almost empty restaurant. No frozen drinks available. Bloody tissues on the floor. Nothing good to say.

If you’re craving a proper satisfying burger, the Hungry Jack’s Whopper is the way to go. You can really taste the difference compared to the usual panfried patties. The mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and onion combo adds a nice crunch making every bite feel fresh and well rounded. Especially the last 3 bites!

Stop wasting time, The worst customer service. Always have to waits 15 minutes in drive through parking.
The owner should hire more staff. The poor owner.
