Domino's Pizza Craigieburn

Found fungi in garlic bread tonight after my daughter already ate most of it. No place for feedback as per staff no reporting system. Please photos below

Worst Dominos ever... I ordered online 3 pizas and 3 side deal. 1. Great Southern chicken.... No chicken at all. 2. Diavola Just a 1 olive per piece, and 3 or 4 pepperoni for whole pizza, Chili flakes that we didn't order. 3. Pepperoni Chili flakes that i didn't order. All the pizzas covered with cheese. That not supposed to be like that. Anyway I didn't check them when pick up, it's my bad. Only reason I'm writing this review is, as soon as I go there the lady ask me to give a five star feedback and I said I'll do later, she said its take only 2 seconds and she can do it for me... So I let her to do it on my phone. I thought this is a new management and they need new reviews. But when I go home and my 4 year old girl was throwing her favourite meal all over the place. My wife realised all the pizzas got Chili fakes under the cheese. We believe they put Chili fakes accidentally and covered with cheese. Worst dominos ever.....

I ordered the Vegorama pizza and a side of onion rings, but it was a total waste of money. The Vegorama is advertised as being loaded with veggies (mushrooms, diced tomato, capsicum, baby spinach, red onion, and feta), but my pizza arrived with almost nothing on it except for a few burnt mushroom pieces. To make matters worse, the onion rings were completely burnt and inedible. Very poor quality control and service. I feel like I wasted my time and money. I wouldn't recommend this location until they improve their standards.

I’ve been placing the same weekly order from Domino’s Craigieburn for the past 14 months - ☕️☕️ Good morning Domino’s team, especially Store Manager Sai, Can you explain if we give online code in store , why we can’t do same deal ?as per your team this is your rule , I order from last 10 years with same , even other stores no issue , is Dominos change something only for out craigiburn store only ? If yes please let us know or leave your rule on store window , so people can save time and money ! Food amazing , dominos no doubt excellent in pizza but service and staff attitude 0 out off 100. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your store. Once again, the staff member Santosh took nearly 29 minutes to complete my order, and unfortunately, the order was still incorrect. When I pointed this out, he blamed me for “not saying it clearly,” despite having prepared the same order for the past three weeks. I am unsure why these issues continue to occur, but it has become very frustrating. This is the second time in the last five weeks that I’ve faced the same problem, and it reflects poorly on both customer service and team management. I am extremely disappointed, and I regret to say that this may be my last order with your store if such behavior and lack of responsibility continue. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures proper training on customer communication and order accuracy because in the end we who pay for service and food get effected, Thank you for awake team ☕️☕️☕️☕️

I ordered online and waited 45 minutes but the app kept on showing preparing order even though pizza delivery time was past already. When I called Craigieburn store I was told wait another 40 minutes. When I asked about the reason it being so late my order was cancelled after waiting 45 minutes.
