Genuinely some of the meanest management ever here. Especially at front desk, the customer service team are miserable. Seriously hope the women at the front desk fix their attitude problems.

I had one of the most upsetting experiences at this store recently. I witnessed the store manager, Rochelle treating a young boy in a way that was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Instead of guiding him with patience or kindness, she spoke down to him and made him feel small in front of others. You could see the look on his face—he was embarrassed and discouraged.
A manager is supposed to set the example for how staff and customers should be treated, but her attitude was cold and dismissive. It’s heartbreaking to think that a young person, who may have just been starting out and trying their best, was made to feel so unwelcome and disrespected.
This kind of behavior doesn’t just reflect poorly on her, it reflects poorly on the whole store. Young workers should be supported, not mistreated. Honestly, it left me with such a negative impression that I don’t feel comfortable coming back.

The other day I dropped a lot of apples and then slipped over them in the fruit section but Preston I believe was his name helped out and he was kind and helpful
