Grill'd Burgers - Casey

Chicken was dry and burnt in the salad and kids burgers. I asked for no cheese in kids burgers TWICE, still came with cheese. There were no forks or napkins on our table or elsewhere. Kids mini me packs came in the boxes, why? We were dining in. While I was waiting for waiter to bring me a fork, I have unpacked pini me food and left the boxes on the side of the table. Did the water took it away? No. What's wrong woth these people? Toilets are discusting. The whole place is Dirty.

It’s a very popular place, so the taste is definitely guaranteed. However, it seems they get a lot of delivery orders, so the waiting time is at least about 30 minutes.

Casey is the best grill'd location. The customer service is amazing. The food is fresh and top notch and so fresh. I love coming here to eat, it has become my favourite place :)

I had the Melbourne , a very filling burger , Adrienne had the Wagyu and was very happy. A side of Zuchini fries and we were done. Great service on a public holiday , we paid a loading but that’s cool . Great flavours , highly recommended .

Good food, my burgers were cold but they fixed it right away. Tasty, good flavour. Service was good. Only thing I have to say is that there was no cutlery or serviettes on most of the tables.
