Came for a play, didnt realise it would be more suitable to come around lunchtime or dinner time to eat while children played. The playground is quite small with a huge eatery. My child was over it after 30mins but stayed for the 2hrs as is the booking. Price was fantastic, adults are free. Had a bowl of chips for just under $10 and they were yum, came with tomato sauce.

I recently hosted my son’s 7th birthday party at your venue. While the children did have fun and the food was enjoyable, my overall experience fell far short of expectations, particularly given the costs involved. Unfortunately, the dedicated party host assigned to our event appeared to lack proper training and was largely absent throughout the party. Amongst other things, guests were required to order and collect their own drinks from the counter, which was both inconvenient and disruptive. Despite paying an additional fee for 2 hours of extended playtime—which I was assured would secure a reserved table for an extra hour and allow the children two additional hours of play—these commitments were not honoured. No table had been reserved, and we were fortunate that a couple of booths happened to be available. I did ask if we could stay in the room but was explicitly told no. Furthermore, we were asked to vacate the venue after just one hour of extra play due to a private function, of which we had received no prior notification. Additionally, the complimentary pass included in the party package was not provided on the day. It required multiple follow-up emails before it was eventually sent. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of organisation, communication, and service delivered—especially considering the premium price paid. I would strongly advise other parents against purchasing the extra playtime add-on, it’s simply not worth it. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve future experiences for other families.

Dangerous and not at all suitable for toddlers. There was an exposed plug extension cord where my toddler could reach through the netting and grab it. We’d gone in the big play area because the toddler area was so bare and full of much older kids with no one monitoring or asking them to play elsewhere.

Lucas, winston, layla, ruby, eiian were great for our school trip of 64 kids although there was no chalk for one of our kids to write there name and 12 sec on the wall

My 8 year old had a great experience with Harrison. He was very kind and patient and really helped my daughter enjoy herself. We’ll return soon!
