Today I ordered hard tacos with mince, I got hard tacos with chicken.
I ordered a mini Cesar burrito, chicken. Not chicken tenders. It's a Cali Cesar burrito with tenders. I can't even eat it, cold soggy chips inside by the time I drive home.
It's always you doing this.

Ordered Ceaser salad spicy veg with pulled Shitake mushroom for take away. Made me wait for more than 35 minutes for this. Look at the picture and decide if this even looks edible.

Paid $24 on ubereats for this half-filled burrito bowl. They forgot to add beans. Got about 5 little tomato bits. Guac was $2.70 extra- do you see it? It’s there, the 10c piece size glob at the bottom. I am genuinely concerned about the quality control at this restaurant, my orders have been going down hill for several months now. Why is there no consistency? Where’s the manager, how is the training?
Sometimes they don’t even salt the chips, I don’t understand how a person can shovel the chips into the cup and see plain yellow potato and not think “hey wait, these are supposed to be red, I better salt these”. The chips aren’t worth eating without the chipotle seasoning, it’s what makes them the BEST chips around.
I beg you to do better. I love Gyg but you’re pushing me away with every order. You don’t want me to start cooking at home, do you?

not great 🤮ordered pork and beef brisket got only beef. added sour cream, did not receive sour cream. wee bit over half full, looks like a pigeon vomit into the corner of the container. girls taking orders, telling more jokes and giggling than doing the job they get paid to do.

Customer service skills are lacking and food handling skills are poor, learn to wrap food properly before handing out orders, did wrap my burrito properly and now the juice dripped all over me, staining a brand new shirt and my seat when I took out my food. Also forgot part of my meal again, need to retrain your staff or hire competent people.
