Honestly a VERY small portion of food for the price I paid. Has shockingly reduced in size. I’ve rated two stars for the taste of the food itself as it tasted decent but I’ve never received a portion from this kfc that small I’m not kidding! It’s honestly best to spend your money elsewhere if you are hungry for better value….

Honesty I was so excited for the chicken to be crispy, but it’s just soft like I don’t hear any crunch noise. But the seasoning is good tho. The potato gravy is so delicious, makes my mouth watering! So far it’s good

I would like to thank the staff member at the Preston KFC at the corner of Bell & Albert Street Store named Xavier whom serviced both my friend and myself for he’s outstanding customer service and warm hospitality and also to the {I think Two or possibly Three other staff members behind the counter in the preparation area also. I am sorry but I didn’t get to see your name tags as it was a tad bit to far for me to see} However I would like to “Thank you all on your customer service, your support in help with the menus and for the requirements of choices with professionalism, and commitment to maintaining great hygiene made my visit a wonderful experience and also to the many more customers that had arrived whilst we sat to eat-in our meals - Thank you for all that you done for us and for your other customers too. As I watched, heard and observed in the time is of us eating our meals. To KFC Preston I/C & A/M I hope that theirs staff members are praised, acknowledged, recognised/ validity in the working abilities / customer service experiences they provide to both the customer and to their employee KFC.

The service is shocking very forgetting and not paying attention then when to eat at the tables up stairs Disgusted if you want to eat rubbish and love a dirty filthy place come here same goes with the toilets ! The manager should be ashamed and health and safety should be ontop of all this but I know no one cares take it from me don’t here!

I purchased a KFC Zinger Bahn Mi at this KFC outlet on 9/11/2025 and I have been very sick ever since. It gave me food poisoning - either because of filthy conditions, chicken not cooked properly or because the meat was bad.
