Matt and the crew are masters of this craft and it shows not just by the feeing you get when you take your fist bite of the brisket but the moment you enter the place.
The crew greets you with a smile and run you through the menu. The sausage we had has been by far the best snag we’ve tasted.it was juicy and flavourful and completely blew us over.
Everyone in these reviews aren’t exaggerating when they say this is the best brisket in Melbourne.
What was also amazing to witness is the community they’ve created in a quiet industrial street. We left this place feeling extremely full, satisfied and more importantly happy.
There is seating inside and outside so if you’ve got this on your list and are contemplating trying this place out, this is your sign.

We were looking for a burger while in this area and stumbled across the "pig".
Didn't want a full on feed, so had the brisket sando (my wife got the kids meal 😂)
So if you want tasty, tender, moist melt in your mouth brisket, this would be the place. Can't wait to try more from the menu.
They have bigger meat meals, chicken chops, pulled pork and brisket. Also house made drinks and interesting sides.
Would definitely recommend.

WOW! You come for the brisket, but stay for the vibes, this place not only has the best beef brisket, pulled pork & the most creamy mac & cheese I've ever tasted!
Can't forget their huge portion sizes that fill your belly & warm your heart!

Run!!! Its absolutely fantastic authentic smoked meats bbq. Damn good.
Beef tender beautifully mesquite smoked for 12hrs. Salads match perfectly, potato ans a slaw salads are a perfect. Hot ferreroni and pickles! i loved hawt sauce, so good. Burnt ends amazing.
Get Takeaway go home, piggy out! We had with pickle sour beer, omg!

Hayley and The Bearded Pig team provided catering for my birthday function for 55 people.
Hayley was super friendly and gave good honest advice on my catering requirements.
The food arrived at my front door on time and was ridiculously delicious. The burnt ends, pulled pork and brisket all were a massive hit.
My guests went up for 2nds and 3rds everyone loved the food. The portion sizes were large, even after people having 3rds there was still plenty left over.
I would highly recommend The Bearded Pig for anyone’s function, they gave great service, with amazing food.
