The place is filthy 🤮
Staff is not friendly (Might be overworked, tired, whatever it is, they don't seem like they want to work)
Chicken is like 2 days old, I've seen better looking 2 days old fried chicken than this one.
KFC management, please do something. Seems like this is a common theme based on the other reviews.

Everything was okay until we saw the big chicken feather on our food which we can see easily and we waited more than 20min for the food and this was the quality of food we received really disappointed and concerned about HACCP.

If I was able to give zero stars I would, service was terrible. Came in with family to some people still waiting for food and others eating. Assumed it was still okay to order (20mins until closing is tight but its still within boundaries for hospitality) only to have one of the staff members shout infront of other customers "you guys at the kiosk dont bother ordering we have nothing so you won't get any food until we close" not only was this said in an aggressive tone it wasn't warranted when a simple "Sorry guys unfortunately the kitchen is closed for the night" would have sufficed.
The staff member should be at minimum retrained or just fired because there's no excuses for the poor behaviour.

Wanted it to be good, but it disappointed. I hadn’t been to KFC for years. My four year old son has been bugging me about going there (we live down the road) so we decided to head down on the scooter.
Alas, the food just wasn’t up to standard. The zinger burger was somehow dry despite being slathered with what seemed to be a new sauce (at least since the last time I had KFC).
His nuggets could best be described as flaccid, not crispy at all. Just soggy, droopy sad excuses for what I assume should be a staple of the menu.
The wicked wings I had were ok, although two seemed noticeably fresher than the third.
Chips for both of us were again cold, lacking crisp and didn’t even have much of the classic KFC salt taste I grew up with.
Don’t reckon he’ll ask to go there again, he’ll be a Maccas lifer now.
**Edit - tbh couldn’t fault the service the girl who served me was helpful giving us a cup to share our drink, it’s just a pity the food was trash.
**Edit 2 - I did give similar feedback via the suggested mode of response and whatever it is now - 6, 7 weeks - have not had any acknowledgment or response from KFC. “KFC Squad” just seems like an online persona to placate the bad reviews
