Please remind your staff to do better on MILKRUN orders. This is the second time this week. I have placed an order and there has been issues. First time they forgot a whole bag and tonight The peaches I received 2 out of 3 were mouldy and they forgot my nectarines 🙄 Extremely frustrating when I don’t drive and cannot just go to the shop whenever

Saturday 13th Dec. I would like to thank a young girl named Hunter, who was working diligently in the yoghurt aisle when I interrupted her and asked her to look up a product for me. She was cheerful, said it was no trouble and we searched together, and not finding it on shelves went to computer to track down. Unfortunately the product was listed as not unavailable, however I believe she is a credit to your store, and should be recognised.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to a lovely young gentleman named Hunter. He was amazingly helpful and such a delight to speak with. I was looking for a certain Christmas wrapping paper that was showing in stock on their website but it wasn’t on the shop floor. I was asking another young employee about the paper and Hunter overheard us talking and he quickly came to our assistance and said it may be out the back and he’d have a look for me. Before I knew it Hunter returned with the exact wrapping paper I wanted.
Thank you Hunter for your exceptional customer service. Woolworths are very lucky to have you on their team and I wish you every success that comes your way!

This supermarket is always a pleasure to shop at. The store is clean and well-organized, with fresh produce, a great variety of products, and shelves that are always well-stocked. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make the shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Prices are fair, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and reliable. Definitely one of the best supermarkets in the area.
