This patisserie smelt like Copenhagen! I got the pumpkin spiced cinnamon bun which was delicious and super fluffy - so many other options I'm excited to try in the future. Nice small vibe and a nice assortment of drinks to choose from too. I bought one of the candles they make which smells divine!

I searched for a Patisserie in Preston and I found HazelBark Patisserie and I had such a lovely experience. I started with a cappuccino, which was smooth and well-made. Later, I tried their iced brew – refreshing with just the right strength. For the pastries, I ordered a cloud donut and a cinnamon roll both fresh, soft, and full of flavor. What made the visit even better was the warm and welcoming service. Especially when I asked about the coffee, the staff answered me with
a smile and were very helpful. That personal touch really stood out. It has a cozy atmosphere and is a perfect spot to unwind. Definitely a place I’d love to return to!

Everything about this place is incredible. Come for lunch and a coffee catch up today with my mother and the food and customer service was first class. I would live happily eating the Roast Chicken bagel every day and the coffee and tiramisu was delicious. Thank you all for your excellent food and for creating an atmosphere that is wholesome and homely. It is great to see local businesses thriving and I look forward to coming back soon. Highly recommend to anyone who has never been!

Had the pleasure of visiting this one of a kind cafe the other day and was blown away by the wonderful customer service and delicious pastries. The staff and owners were very kind and welcoming and offered recommendations for a perfect coffee and pastry pairing. The latte I had was beautifully poured and so smooth and delicious. By far the best pastries and coffee I’ve had in Melbourne. HazelBark is an underrated gem of a cafe, conveniently located in the heart of Preston. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect cafe experience. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you HazelBark.
