Crispy Pork Banh Mi was ridiculously delicious! The curry pie and sausage roll were delightful as well. Service was quick! They only need more seats to sit at as it’s so busy because the food is so good! We only live around the corner and we will definitely be back! What a hidden gem!

Busy, and somewhat untidy shop because of its popularity. The pork banh mi consisted of a large crispy roll however ingredient portion size was inconsistent between the two rolls ordered. One was half carrots, the other was better balanced, however both seemed thrown together without much love. May visit again to try a pie, as all were sold out on this occasion.

Found this place on social media. I’ve tried crispy pork at a lot of banh mi stores in Melbourne but this one fails to deliver. There was no crispy pork pieces at all in the banh mi. If this banh mi was called “soft pork” banh mi, it would be more accurate. It was tender and tasty but just very disappointing there was no crispy skin.

The place is a must visit if you are looking for quality fresh food. Banh Mi are probably the best that you can get. The place was though full but still got excellent service. The outside sitting option and plenty of parking space. Food definitely is unbelievable and the pricing is excellent.

Saw this joint on Insta so thought I’d give it a go. When I arrived the sign out front said “bam mi” so I was already sceptical. I tried the crispy pork belly bánh mì with a Vietnamese iced coffee. Reasonably priced ($10.50) considering how loaded they are. The bread had an immediate satisfying crunch and the meat to bread ratio was immaculate. The crispy shallots were a bit oily but also provided a satisfying crunch to the tender pork belly meat - which was cut into big chunks (preferred). Next time I would ask for more pate and chilli because they were both lacking to add to the flavours. As for the ca phê sữa đá … I could tell from the colour that it wouldn’t be good. I don’t mind instant coffee as long as it’s not the packet one because you can taste the difference. Usually when I order at other places I need to wait for the ice to melt because it’s too strong. I wanted a strong hit to the heart but this one wasn’t strong enough, too milky. No ordering system (names or numbers) so you need to remember who ordered before you before you can claim your goodies. Pretty chuffed this is in the area + plenty of parking so don’t need to drive to the usual bánh mì meccas for a good craving hit.
