We have purchased food from Punjab Bakery on two separate occasions, and unfortunately both experiences were below acceptable standards. The primary concerns relate to food freshness, hygiene, and customer service. During our first visit, the samosas clearly tasted stale, as if they were deep-fried multiple times or leftover from the previous day. Only a few members of my family consumed them, and they subsequently became unwell. Due to health concerns, the remaining food was discarded. Additionally, customer feedback does not appear to be taken seriously. When concerns are raised, staff members are dismissive and do not demonstrate a willingness to listen or improve. As my family resides nearby, we have ordered from this bakery at times; however, the overall quality has noticeably declined. All customers pay full price and therefore reasonably expect food that is fresh, hygienic, and safe for consumption. Unfortunately, this expectation was not met in our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements in food quality, hygiene standards, and customer service. At present, I would not recommend Punjab Bakery unless these issues are addressed.

On 25th of November, we bought a cake from them . They claimed the cake weighed 1 Kg but we felt that it weighed less than 1 Kg. We requested the shop attendant (2 ladies) to cross check the weight. They took the cake to the back and told us it did weigh 1 Kg. However, when we weighed the cake after bringing it home, it weighed only 800 grams with the box which was easily 50 grams in weight. This clearly is a practice of dishonesty and cheating with the valuable customers. And it is not the first time it has happened. They do have considerable weight difference in their biscuits and sweets packaging. If a prestigious area name is included in the business name, the least expectation is its reputation being upheld by sticking to honest business practices, which is not being seen here. !!!!!!!!!EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

We have found a gold mine of flavours at Punjab Bakery. Stumbled upon this awesome place when we were looking to order a cake for our daughter’s birthday. We ordered few cake slices in butterscotch, vanilla, chocolate flavours and also ordered our favourite cream rolls. Loved the delicious natural taste and ordered the cake. It was a big hit in the party. Since then we have ordered samosas, potato patties, paneer patties time and again along with the cake slices and cream rolls. Pubjab bakery delivered great quality, awesome flavours every single time and has become our defacto place to order from when ever we have guests at home or want to eat homely and tasty snacks
