The cake is good. We all like it and had a memorable celebration. Also, we highly appreciate the girl who served us that night. She is so patient and really a big help when we were in a panic as we arrived late on Sat (22/11/2025) but she was there, waiting for us. We were in such a hurry that forgot to ask for her name, however, we want to send our thanks to her hard work there 🙏

Never buy anything from here ever again! They sell MOULDY cake!!! Exp label say 8 Sept, today is 31 August!! When we call the lady and asked she said “oh that’s why it’s on clearance” when it’s not even on clearance, the audacity! These people should be reported to the council for food safety!

Absolutely Disappointed – False Advertising & Ridiculous Refund Policy
I ordered a cake from you for a milestone birthday celebration, trusting the image and description on your website that clearly showed a fresh strawberry filling. What I received was nothing like what was advertised. No strawberries. Not even a hint.
The moment we cut into the cake and took a bite, it was clear — the filling was missing. Can you imagine telling a room full of friends and family mid-party: “Please stop eating the cake, the strawberries are missing — I need to return it to the bakery after three business days so they can process my complaint”? What kind of refund policy is that?
You’re seriously asking for the leftover cake to be returned, after the celebration is over and a week has passed? That is laughable.
I’ve sent you a photo of what I received — it’s obvious there is no strawberry filling. Compare it with the image you proudly display on your site. It’s misleading, and frankly, unacceptable.
A celebration was dampened because your product didn’t deliver, and your customer service added insult to injury. I didn’t just buy a cake — I bought a centrepiece for a special moment. You failed.

I ordered a cake online and then received a call to say they can't make it. I said "no problem, thanks for letting me know, just send me the refund and I'll go to a different Cheesecake Shop for the one I need". They've refused me a refund and 3 separate people kept calling me to lie to me to try to talk me into just getting a completely different cake.
It's been a week and they still have my money and have stopped contacting me.
