Itβs nice to have a local hidden bakery in the neighbourhood, and Alex Bake 3057 definitely adds some charm. We tried the danish and the orange confit pastry β both were beautifully presented, though the large dome of pastry made them a bit tricky to eat, and there wasnβt quite enough filling to balance out the pastry itself. Still, a lovely spot to have nearby with creative offerings, and worth a visit if youβre in the area.

Dammit this place is unreal! I got the slow cooked beef toastie and a π₯π₯π₯π₯ chai latte, one of the best Iβve had, well spiced, frothy, and my sister got Mushroom and cheese scroll and iced coffee which looked lovely, outdoor seating, in the nice weather, in nice company, splendid.

Had the sour dough ham baguette yesterday & the baguette it's self was absolutely beautiful,
All of the Viennoiserie looked beautiful crafted & loaves in the back looking beautifully leavened.
A nice & peaceful spot, overlooking lovely trees, Hidden gem for sure.

Great place to check out food is great and coffee is good too. I also had a organic soft drink which was good π
Came here Sunday (3 days ago) for a car meet. Plenty of parking even with the event running.
Only down side to the place no inside eating area. So recommend for days with good weather or when youβre eating in your car.

The bread and coffee is delightful, the location is a couple of containers in a car park, with shaded wooden picnic bench seating beside flower boxes overlooking the creek through chain mesh fencing. A quiet industrial atmosphere. The Google directions take you to the factory address, but then you have to walk through the narrow corridors of factory without clear signage until the very end. People in the know came down the private lane way to the north.
