The croissants are fresh, buttery, and soft. Definitely a must try! I do wish they have more sweet options. The only annoying thing is not all staff ask if you are a member and have an account, so you have to tell them you have an account so they can scan your loyalty card.

Loved having Bakers Delight at Summerhill after the Northland store was closed. When they first opened the baked goods and the staff were both second to none. We really liked Isabella but haven't seen her in awhile. The baked goods are shrinking and the new staff members lack enthusiasm.

Dissatisfied with the service and quality. They are new and not really up to standard. Their high-tin loaf is way too high, doesn't fit in the toaster. They need get a lesson from Rosanna - the absolute best Baker's Delight. I hope they can improve soon.

Been coming here since they opened and I gotta say the staff here are just great. It's an epic little example of the franchise

Was initially glad a Baker’s Delight had opened up in Summerhill, however the quality of the bread there is really low. Regularly have purchased the spinach and feta twists which contain literally no fillings whatsoever, it’s just plain bread. The scones are floury and tasteless. Must be trying to cut corners somewhere.
