This is what I got today，the staff reminds me to hold it like this to not ruin the top decos…feel ridiculous and lack of hygiene ….this cake is the regular product and on your website all the time，how come you dont even have a proper box for it… my daughter‘s birthday party is tomorrow morning…wondering how to put this in my fridge tonight😣 won’t visit this shop again

My daughter's 2nd birthday cake looked like a home job. First off, the pink icing around the edge went up at the bottom. To make matters worse, the writing as you can see is piped on poorly, her name is veering off in to the edge where I'm assuming they're covering an error, and to make matters worse, what's with the off centre writing and "2nd" being to the left?! Quit your job, whomever did this. My poor husband didn't have the heart or the time (the party was in half an hour) to ask them to fix it or start over. Don't go here for a custom cake.
The taste was... bland.

I have now picked up a cake twice from this place in last 30 days . Each time they have asked me to not close the box reason being it would spoil the decoration since they do not have boxes of that size .
Both cakr have been differet sizes and I fail to understand firstly how could they sell cake and not have a box big enough ? (Never mention them also during ordering) also this time the size of cake was almost half the first time so not sure why would they not give me that box.
It's hard tp understand any logic bere in terms of communication as well as not have appropriate box but still running a cake shop.

Disgusted with the custom cake I received for my son’s first birthday. They said they would put cream in the layers, however what I found was HARDENED white chocolate in the layers making it impossible to decorate and cut to serve. I rang to get a refund, the lady I spoke with told me I’d have to wait for the manager to come back from overseas to have my concerns resolved. Ruins my son’s first birthday cake. Thanks for nothing. I do not recommend this store. Awful product and awful service.

I bought coffee cake for my husband birthday and when we want to eat but it tasted very different and my daughter got stomach pain, the next day I saw inside the cake had mold everywhere. Be careful about this store and do not buy!I
