This is now the second issue we’ve had in just two weeks. The first time, we ordered two pizzas and one was an entire different pizza. We got a free voucher as compensation which is fine, we appreciated that however when we used it tonight, it was just as bad. The Lot pizza was supposed to have garlic butter topping, yet somehow it ended up drenched all over the supreme pizza instead. How hard is it to get such a basic detail right? It’s beyond frustrating to be let down over and over. We’re done giving this place “second chances.”

I regularly order from this Domino’s store and most of the time things are fine. But lately, the service has really dropped. My last few orders have had issues—missing toppings, wrong sauces, and even the wrong pizza delivered a couple of times. I didn’t complain then.
Today I ordered 3 pizzas and 3 sides for pickup. One pizza was wrong and another was missing toppings. That’s frustrating when you’re paying for something and expecting it to be right.
Not sure if there’s been a change in staff recently, but something’s off and the quality control isn’t there. Hope the team can get back on track soon—it used to be more reliable.

Food wasnt delivered at first, but the team at dominos swiftly and effectively communicated with me when I asked about it, and promised the food would come, despite it being very busy.
I appreciate the hard work you guys did :)
