A better than average Woolworths. Easy to park. Convenient. Clean. Well stocked. Isles are wide and not overly high. Fish is OK, Sushi, Too, Duck, can all be found in store.

My first time to shop at this store. Not as crowded. I collected my groceries and approached the register. One of the Special Needs guy did my order. He was very polite and smiling as he put through my groceries. He did great!
**The only minor issue was he took my [fruits and veges out of the plastic bags] and placed the bags in the bin behind him. He then handled the items with his bare hands placing the items openly on the scale to weigh them before putting them into the paper bags with everything else.**
Please show him NOT to take fruit & veges out of the plastic bags and tell him that its okay to leave the items in the bags while weighing them on the scale and to place the bags into the bigger grocery bags.Thanks! :)

I was at the store around 1:30pm to pick up my online order, but as always, I forgot a few things! When I rushed to the checkout, lovely Sarah was just closing her till after her last customer, yet she kindly said, No, please, I’m happy to do it for you!Such a small gesture but it meant a lot - so respectful and kind!
Big thanks to the store management for having great team members like Sarah.🌟Also, the lady who brought my online shopping to the boot was so lovely and organised too, but I missed her name. Both made my day! 🌸

I didn’t catch his name, but the young guy working in self serve at Heidelberg Woolies this morning (27th/12) is great for business. He was so happy to be at work, very willing to help and did so with a smile. 5 stars :)
