The stuff working here are polite and professional. I came in to order a custom birthday cake. Send the photo to the Baker email. Cost $15 just for the photo plus cake cost. End up paying $87 for the it. The whole process was smooth. The Baker even came out to discuss what was possible or not with the photo cropping. The staff here are very patience. Overall it is a small cheese cake but it is a gem cheese cake. Majority must Cheesecake franchise store customer service and food quality standards a pretty good.👍👍

Hi, I ordered a cheesecake for my wife’s birthday, but unfortunately it wasn’t great. It didn’t have any flavour at all — it honestly tasted like paper. We had a small taste and ended up putting the rest in the bin. Really disappointed, especially since it was for a special occasion.

The quality has dropped significantly with the new management. They used to be good. Now the quality of cakes are nothing but terrible. The consistency and taste of their cakes is so bad , it seems that the cakes had been made days ahead and been frozen and then for the day they were put out to be defrosted. I don't know if they should keep the franchisee. Bad reputation for The Cheesecake shops!

Always friendly each time and birthday cake is always what is requested. We order the cake with the basics and add the rest.. ordered one last year, have this year and will be again next year!
