Amazing experience at McDonald’s St Albans!
Visited recently and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The staff were friendly and efficient, taking orders with a smile and keeping the line moving quickly. My meal was hot, fresh, and delicious — the burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and everything was packed just right. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Comfortable seating and fast service made the whole visit enjoyable. Definitely one of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve had in Melbourne — highly recommend!

We were served cold fries. Yes literally cold. Quality of the burgers was very bad. Staff was not attentive either. The drive thru was a mess. Long long waiting. It surely falls under mismanagement. They stopped serving the deals at 11:30 pm while the app was showing availability till 12 midnight. Please also note that the dine in closes after 11:00 pm. Only drive thru is open after 11:00 pm.

I very very rarely leave reviews but DO NOY COME HERE. Especially in the morning. They have 0 quality control and let patties and chips sit in heaters for visibly 4+ hrs. They clearly never rotate out old food. Very gross everytime. Will never come back yuck.

I’ve honestly never seen a McDonald’s this dirty. The floors were sticky, tables left uncleaned. It didn’t look like anyone was keeping up with basic cleaning. Definitely the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited—very disappointing.

The worst terrible service I have ever seen. Staffs would rather talking to themselves and their friends than serving customers or delivery drivers. 3 delivery people waiting to pick up orders and the staffs only glanced at them for a moment then ignored them to focus on packing orders and left them in a corner as seen in the photo without asking if there were anyone waiting for pickup. This is until another customer came in, saw this situation and voiced out complaint but not only the girl apologised for the delay in services but she dared to talk back to the customer thinking she did absolutely nothing wrong. Come on, I know it’s busy but it doesn’t hurt you nor take a minute to ask “Is there anyone waiting?” when there were 4 people waiting. It’s the basic customer services in working at fast-food chain like Maccas. Dear Maccas manager, if you ever seen this review, please re-train your employees in customer services and their attitudes
