11/11/2025, 7.20pm - Definitely starting to skimp on ingredients. Chicken wrap that's much much smaller than when they first opened (not even the size of my can of drink), barely any chicken (very dry hardly any of that famous garlic sauce) and even still with the pickles and lettuce, the wrap came half empty. On top of that, the chicken or the wrap was cold like it had been sitting on the bench for awhile. Also order the mixed box of profiteroles but it came all choc and not half with profiteroles. Only when I asked then the person said "oh we are out of that". I have been here at least 6 times now for last few months and had hoped they stay good and consistent but very disappointed. Noticed both food quality and service getting worse and worse. Thought it might be me getting a bad server but spoke to other friends and they also said similar experience. This time I had to leave a review. 1 star for taste and unfortunately we won't be back for awhile. Some photos from beginning, middle and end. It's bad, consistently bad.

I ordered a jumbo chips, four crispy strips, one grilled chicken burger, and a large gravy. When ordering the burger, I was asked whether I wanted spicy, garlic, or regular sauce, and I clearly requested regular. The total cost was $33.
After leaving the drive-thru and heading home, I discovered that the four crispy strips were missing from the order. I returned to the store, went inside, and after a short wait was handed four chicken strips. Unfortunately, these were extremely stale and clearly not freshly cooked, which was disappointing given the circumstances.
Once home, further issues became apparent. The chips were cold, and the grilled chicken burger had been doused in spicy sauce, which my fiancé cannot eat.
I then contacted the service centre to raise a complaint. I was advised that I would need to provide photographs of the food items and proof of purchase in order for any claim to be processed. By that stage, the chips and chicken strips had already been reheated in the oven and consumed, and the burger had been discarded. I explained that I was not comfortable retrieving food from the bin to photograph it, at which point I was told that no claim could be lodged without photographic evidence.
While I understand the need for a process, this response was frustrating, particularly given that I have never made a complaint before and was clearly raising a genuine issue rather than attempting to obtain free food.
Between the missing items, poor food quality, incorrect order, and lack of any meaningful resolution beyond an apology, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. As a result, I will not be eating at El Jannah again.
Ps. I did get the burger remains out the bin and send them through to customer service in the end but I am yet to receive a response. Just really poor service.

I ordered online from El Jannah and was really disappointed. The spicy crispy burger came with no sauce, the chicken patty was dry, and the bun was squashed so badly it didn’t even look like a proper burger. I complained and they did compensate me, but the next day I gave them another chance and ordered the regular crispy burger,same problem all over again. Really poor quality and consistency. Not ordering from here again.

Ordered delivery website from the St Albans store, chicken came cold which is understandable as they use uber but all sauces missing except for one we didn't even order. Trying to contact customer service through the app is pointless they advised me to drive to the store to go get the sauces????? BTW this took over an hour and 30 minutes to be told to drive to store. What is the point of delivery if I have to drive to pick up what they didn't put in.
For what is now a national scale business they sure do have useless customer service, I'd advise avoiding this store and El jannah as a whole. If anything is wrong with your delivery good luck
