The noodles were silky and not clumped, the rare beef was tender and blushed perfectly, and the brisket had that soft, comforting chew. A squeeze of lime, a touch of chili, and it all came together. I ordered Pho Suon Bo and my girlfriend ordered Pho Thap Cam. Both tasted very much like what we eat in Hanoi. The atmosphere with modern Vietnamese music was really giving out the nostalgic vibe. Hope the chef can keep the taste consistent like this.
