Stuffed up my order. Never coming back here again. Having bad experience at a seperate McDonalds location, I thought I would come here.
Just as bad, if not worse. Ordered a double qtr pounder and double Big Mac. The Big Mac didn’t even have a middle and top bun, and obviously no sauce with that either since it’s usually on the bread. And the double Qtr pounder, not shown in these photos, also had no sauce.
Caught me on a bad day where all me and my family wanted to do was get something quick to eat, and after finally getting home to sit with my family I find the order’s been stuffed.
I completely understand that this was likely made by some underpaid kid who’s just started or is trying to learn. So this fault comes down to management. You need to do better, it’s unacceptable. You’re lucky I’m just another middle class person and not some auditor hired by McDonalds. Keep this in mind if it were my job to randomly assess your team’s performance, on the JAN 3rd 2026, I would’ve failed you immediately.
Try to take this review as a respectful slap in the face to lock in. Who knows how many others orders get stuffed up and the people who pay for those stuff ups are just too busy or in a “can’t be bothered” mood to leave a review.
I plan to comeback only after I’ve been assured of positive change at your establishment. Let’s hope this review is one day buried in positivity and five stars.

Went through the drive in, ordered, when we got to the window the customer service girl, did not verify the order as they normally do, she wiped the screen so I couldn't verify what I ordered, she just quoted the amount to pay, when I got home to my surprise I was charged seperately for some items instead of a meal, also charged for the sauce which it's normally complimentary when ordered the nuggets meal. very disappointed with Delahey store, need to improve their customer service, always been an issue going there but its the closest one to home.

We’ve been waiting for almost half and hour for our meal. We only ordered 2 of the Big Mac meals and it’s taking them this long to prepare it. They just standing around chitchatting and there’s no cars in the driveway so im not understanding why it’s taking them this long. Worse Maccas EVERRR!!

Ordered the spicy chicken wraps with extra large chips. Got my order very fast. The meal is hot and yummy. The quantity of chips was generous. Very happy 😊

Drive thru prompt 'place your order', super rude every single time. Missing condiments every time, cold hotcakes every time. Recently tried the Frank's RedHot McSpicy, had zero sauce on the burger, a dash on the box and 3 shreds of lettuce. Went back, they put mayo on. Third time was a charm. Please improve your training and attitudes.
