Starbucks St Albans

Very dissatisfied. Order a venti iced matchamisu and iced matcha latte with strawberry cold foam both with no ice and half of the drink was foam. Paid full price for a venti to receive tall drink instead.

I came to the store to buy 7 matcha drinks, but the staff made them far too sweet compared to other Starbucks stores. They were so sweet that no one could drink them, and they didn’t even give us straws. Today, I still came back to try something else, but it was again made too sweet and I couldn’t drink it. I’m really disappointed with the drinks here. I don’t think I’ll come back again.

Two of us had coffee (cap), a ham&cheese toastie and a cinnamon scroll on a busy Saturday morning at around 11:45. The service was friendly and super efficient. The food was very good we paid 26.90$, you can decide for yourself whether that's too much for fast food. The atmosphere this Saturday was busy, noisy and reminiscent of a food hall at a mall. Seating is a mix of communal type & individual tables. There's no table service, you order, pay and wait at the end of the counter which is perfectly fine. Although service was fast the queues of people lining up and waiting for orders mounted up and spilt out close to our table. So I suggest picking a less busy time to visit if a quiet atmosphere is your thing. I may try it again on a weekday however I need to decide whether I want to support another establishment that uses only disposable cups, plates etc for their dine-in customers: this was a big consideration in my rating. Even though the disposables might be biodegradable, ultimately the first stop is to landfill and who needs more of that. We walked to Starbucks from nearby however parking seemed to be ok.

I live just down the road, I love that I have a starbucks so close and frequent often. Yes there is some hiccups but its always been solved, the staff are lovely and the store even though small is always nice and clean. 😊❤️

got the caramel cookie crunch drink that was on promotion, any size for $5! such a steal😍 (however i wish there was more caramel sauce) service was quick and friendly, would come again🥹☺️
