Put $3 into the car wash machine and it got stuck. Went to the cashier to explain, but instead of helping, they were rude and made me feel like it was my fault. They kept saying “tokens only,” but there was no clear sign visible on the machine. I went back out to double-check and still couldn’t see anything obvious. Ended up just losing $3 with no assistance or accountability. Poor customer service and no willingness to help—won’t be coming back.

Today is Sunday 4 sep 2022. Morning 8.15. Customer service is very bad and she was very rude. I lost $12 for car wash and $ 2 vacuum. Machine didn't work, you can have a look the pictures. She didn't print the ticket or she didn't refund my money.. I could not use the machine.. I completely lost my time and money.. and she didn't provide me the manager number for that store or anyone that I can complain. She gave me 1800 number for review. That's it.

Ok so its, Wednesday 10th of September 2025. This servos is useless after 11pm. I drove my truck up to the bowser to fill up probably 1000 litres of diesel. I was first called over by the attendant who stated it is pre pay I gave him my id and fuel card he said he still couldn't let me fuel up without prepaying, so after a few words I said ok I will prepay $1000 he then stated he couldn't process any prepay transaction over $99 i laughed at him as i thought he was joking. Then I told him that this would not even get me 60 litres of fuel.
Dont bring your car or truck here it is a useless servo

It’s just after midnight and I kindly asked if there were any cakes or donuts and was met with lazy customer service then with a immediate response of ‘we have nothing’ asked for biscuits and the response ‘we got nothing’ and then only when I said I’m leaving a review the gentlemen waves his arms at me and says come back I will show you biscuits.. so annoying and a very dissatisfied customer.
