This playcentre is incredible, the workers are so friendly they are constantly looking after the customers, making conversation with them which makes them feel welcomed into the playcentre, they are always on top of everything. the playcentre is spotless and i always see the staff cleaning and never on their phones or in the back. and the pricing is very reasonable so cheap they can spend the whole day here. nothing is ever out of order. the blonde girl manages very well i always see her whenever i come in. i want to applaud all of the staff for their hard work and contributions to looking after crocs playcentre. my child always has so much fun. i highly recommend taking your kids here if they want to have a fun day out.

Crocs in Keilor Park is run down and filthy. Today was a disappointing experience and in general a safety hazard if you have young kids or children on spectrum . 1. Toilets had no paper towel or soap. Filthy walls and floor . Out of order parents room . 2. Safety lock broken on entry door so it was left open constantly. 3. Safety lock broken- door stays open to access electric car track . 4. Equipment sticky, torn and dusty. 5. Tables left dirty and not cleaned . Watched as staff remove items from tables but not wipe them down . 6. Run out of kids menu options . 7. Cafe is disorganised. After 30 mins still hasn’t received my coffee . Make sure you get a receipt as staff was made it seem like an inconvenience to get a drink I paid for . Do not recommend for kids with high needs to many safety concerns .

Don’t waste your time.. seriously. The place is filthy and there’s barely anything for the kids to play on. The air machines weren't working when we went, the door to the car track was constantly open with electrical cords overhanging. The baby section has broken toys on the wall, and a few old foam blocks. (No ball pit). The ‘toddler’ section has one slide. Food scraps on the floor, old wrapping paper strewn about.. and we went there as soon as they opened so you’d have thought it would be cleaned before they open, but nope. The staff on their phones looking disinterested. Never again.

A special shout out to Pearl, Nick and Abby. Honestly it is rare to get good customer service these days, and they were absolutely terrific and very accommodating. Everyone, young and old, said how good the venue and service was. Really nice coffee for the adults. Very generous proportion of food for the kids, which actually quite a lot left over. Including muffins on top of everything else. Parking is a big issue, so leave lots of time. But otherwise I couldn't fault the venue and staff. My son honestly had a wonderful time. Thank you
