Domino's Pizza Berwick

We have ordered Vegetarians Pizza and we have discovered piece of meat, we called them back, they mentioned just put reviews. We usually love dominos, but be careful ordering from this location if you have any dietary requirements.

Would give no stars if I Could! Stay away from this dominos unless you want severe food poisoning! We usually love Dominos but this was our first experience using this store in Berwick. Ordered $61 worth of pizzas, garlic bread and a drink. Sat down to eat and three of us all took a piece of pepperoni pizza, all took a couple of bites and put it down. Absolutely gross taste to it and smelt so foul! 🤢 We couldn't eat two out of our three pizzas due to them having the Pepperoni on it. Three different people tried the pizzas and smelt them and everyone said the same thing. We thought we should call the store to let them know not to serve it to anyone else! The phone was answered by a kid, we explained the situation of the Pepperoni and told him something wasn't right and wanted to speak to the manager. He put us on hold and the kid came back on the phone only to tell us the the manager said it was fine and nothing was wrong with it. We insisted on speaking to the manager as we thought it was a serious problem serving that Pepperoni, only to bet me with the most arrogant and disgusting human being of a person. Very very very rude. Certainly says something about the franchise partner and the management team running the store!!! He came on saying that they received their delivery yesterday so its fine. We asked if he had smelt it or tasted and and he said no. He had absolutely no care whatsoever about the concern we were raising. We let him know that we would speak with Dominos about it and give feed back and he came back with a smart arse comment of "go ahead" we did not call to make a big deal out of it we just wanted to get our point across that they cannot let anymore of that Pepperoni go on pizzas otherwise they will poison someone. Definitely do NOT recommend this store in Berwick at all 🤢

Had a couple of strands of long hair in our meatloavers pizza. Called to let them know but they didn’t care so I’m leaving a review in hopes that they’ll be more careful about their hair while making food.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. I specifically ordered a vegetarian pizza, but I found bacon or some kind of meat piece in it. This shows a serious lack of attention to dietary needs and respect for customer choices. I will not be ordering from here again. This is my second bad experience with this store . As a strict vegetarian, this was not only careless but also deeply upsetting.

Store is getting overwhelmed with orders. There were probably 6-8 staff I counted, but tens of customers waiting during my last order. Order wait times over 2 hours, the store had to stop taking orders. I was given a wrong pizza (got a bacon pizza instead of veg). Unfortunately I trusted them since the order stuck on the box said veg, so I didn't check the pizza while in store. Went home and got a shock. Had to drive back to store. They said they will give me a new one. No apology, no compensation. Their toppings quantity is reducing to a level it seems a scam to call it a pizza. Attached a photo of a pepperoni pizza with barely any topping.
