I had such a great experience thanks to Elena! She went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed, and did it with such a friendly and professional attitude. Her customer service was outstanding. she was patient, attentive, and made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across staff who care this much, and Woolworths is lucky to have her on the team. Thanks, Elena, for making my shopping trip so easy and enjoyable!

Had a great experience with Jobe, he provided great customer service and helped me through the process of purchasing my items very professionally as I was unsure on how to use self-checkout. He was a great help and a bright young man. Give the kid a raise!

Recently started shopping here instead of the Mentone Woolworths. It’s been the best move as the service is always excellent, great to interact with the wonderful girls and guys on the manned checkouts. Big thanks to Bam, he is so helpful and his customer service is excellent. Aman who helped me at the service desk was very helpful and again excellent customer service. More Woolworths should be like this.

Nothing I can think of only one thing to say against this store. Even way back before the total reconstruction of the old Thrift Park arcade to the new complex around 2011, the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Of course, I suppose no one is around from those old arcade days. One of the staff members always seems to know where an item is, or they will find out. I have been to many, many Woolworths around Oz, and the staff at some of those stores could learn the meaning of customer service from the Thrift Park store. The one gripe? That stupid click-and-collect parking is hardly used by click-and-collect customers because inconsiderate, lazy visitors to the centre park there instead, but I suppose HO forced that farce on them. Other than that, good on you Woollies Thrift Park.
