This has got to be one of the worst managed KFCs in Melbourne (saying so whilst I haven't had kfc in over a year!). I ordered a pop corn chicken and waited for 20 minutes for my order, only to be told that they had run out of pop corn chicken and could only replace with nuggets. The nuggets were the soggiest we have ever had, and honestly would have gone to Maccas next door if I had wanted nuggets. Would not step into this KFC (if not any KFC) again!

Honestly has to be the worst kfc in Victoria not only were the staff rude and incompetent we were told to park and wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken which fair enough can’t complain there but 28 minutes later we still haven’t received our food! Finally get around to getting our food only to find out we were missing chicken and a large chips so my partner had to get out and go back in only to be treated horribly and made out like she was lying the chicken was burnt and bone marrow had exploded out the bones indicating the chicken was well and truly over cooked the nuggets were rock hard and the tenders had been that over cooked they shrunk down to a nugget size highly disappointing considering we just spent the last 6 hours in a hospital having treatment and wanted to treat our selves after a shit day

This is by far the smallest wings I have ever received. Are these even full sized chickens? They're like chicken bites for kids???

Acceptable for what it is. The vibes are a little dire, the chips were very salty, the popcorn chicken was okay, my friend’s burger tasted nice enough. Service was fast and the servers seemed friendly enough. Would appreciate napkins being served with the food for takeaway. Good value for money and not a bad option if you’re around the freeway.

Chicken had a brown colour on the inside and was contaminated with some foreign object as you can see in the picture. Took the rest of it back to the service counter and was offered free chicken which I declined.I Got sick and my body reacted and was in detox mode for about 24 hours going to the toilet. Lodged a complaint online and no one got back to me so I am here to warn others.
