I ordered on your app. That was good and easy. Got my order. Good. Opened my order at home chicken was over cooked and I’m missing 3 pieces . Not GOOD and I rang no answer to complain that my order was horrible not happy

The restaurant was practically empty, yet the place was a mess: my order came without napkins, all the tables were filthy, and the trash bins were overflowing. Even though there was plenty of time since the drive-thru was slow, nobody bothered to clean or take care of the place. Unacceptable.

Please avoid this store location, go somewhere else! After ordering a $15 app deal today, I come home to have some of the chicken pieces and found that they barely taste like they are fried! Most of the pieces are tiny as well, and overall pretty dry. I have had 'dry' pieces before, but this location definitely hits an all time low. No point in anyone from the company copying and pasting a repsonse to this, feedback from a link never gets responded to and no compensation at all!

They Get the drinks wrong half of the time, they forget the potato and gravy most of the time (including tonight) but the last straw was finding a goddamn hair in my wicked wings after I’d already had three. My partner has a shaved head and I’m ginger so it’s not like I pulled out one of my own hairs to have a whinge. I get they are all over worked underpaid teenagers but make them wear hairnets or something I’m literally disgusted. It feels like I’m wasting my money every time I come here, I don’t know why I bother anymore frankly.

Couldn’t believe how filthy the store is. Inside and out. Even wiped down the tables were greasy and marked. And the dirt is long time black build up everywhere. On window ledges, the floors, pavers. Stools, even the alarm key pad. Black grime. Never seen such filth. What a pig sty.
