When we pulled up to the window in drive thru, the staff member was just standing there on his phone and didn’t acknowledge us for a while — not a good first impression. We then waited 15 minutes for our food and had to park on the side of the service lane, which was inconvenient and not safe.
When we finally got the food, the burgers had Coles-brand tasty cheese instead of proper burger cheese. The strawberry shakes were just vanilla ice cream mix with strawberry sundae topping dumped on top, not even stirred through. The chips we were apparently waiting on for “just 2 minutes” weren’t fresh at all — they were cold, squished, and thrown upside down in the bag.
Really disappointing experience all around. Zero care or quality.

How can I trust the same people that made a simple punctuation error, to make me a burger. Also the code lock for the kitchen is 3194 so if you need a free meal, you are welcome :)

Waiting 30 mins for a meal while the store filled up with more customers all the workers looked cooked. Barely talking properly and dragging their feet. Pickup your game Mentone hungry jacks. I saw a car waiting as long as it took for my food too. This was the slowest wait for food. Pretty frustrating

I was attended by a girl named Harshita last week. I really liked the way she greeted customers with a smile and handled everything very politely. The store manager is also doing a great job by improving sales through good hiring decisions.
