While the staff were friendly in a teenage way, the food was not good. All the chicken in the burgers, popcorn chicken and nuggets was over cooked. The chips were not fresh in the slightest or and didn’t have the extra salt I asked for. This is not the first time this has happened at this store unfortunately. Won’t be returning as I’m sick of this happening and giving chance after chance. The photos don’t do it justice as to how dry everything was.

I was served by a girl here tonight after having an issue with my online order and WOW, what a fantastic work ethic and attitude she has. Could not have been more helpful and apologetic. This business should be absolutely stoked to have someone like this on the team 😊

5 stars all round i was greeted by a lovely gentleman named Ethan and he helped me with what to order and then once i got my food it was amazing and perfectly golden brown will definitely be going back there soon

Weird-tasting chips and very poor chicken. The chicken was not fresh, lacked any real flavor, and had an unpleasant artificial taste from what seemed like old, reused oil. It wasn’t crispy at all. The chips were just as bad. The burger was okay, but bland and forgettable. Overall, a really disappointing experience I won’t be buying KFC again. Not sure if this was this particular place or KFC in general these days!

Small dry chicken. Looked like they had dehydrated the chicken before frying to a crisp. Ordered a 15 price pack. Ended up getting around 10 dry wing pieces. Very low value.
Ordered in store also. They forgot our fries and tenders. Had to drive back to get them. We had half the food cold and half hot.
Not returning back unfortunately.
