KFC Highett

Just your standard KFC. Last time I ordered from here, the Hot & Crispy pieces were basically crumbs, but this time they were as usual. Fantastic service by Kai however, so thank you!

I am in for a quick lunch and boy did I get it. The speed of service was amazing!!!! That staff were so wonderful. The manger Lara was extremely helpful while I was ordering. Thank you will be back soon

These dudes clearly take no pride in their jobs. I stop here once a month on my way home to buy a treat meal. On average 50% of the time they get the order wrong. Today I waited in the drive through behind one car that was at the speaker for 5 min before they were served. I ordered a zinger crunch burger combo that cost $15. My order contained a deconstructed wrap, full of crushed up corn chips, and dehydrated coleslaw, with 2 tenders in it and no mayo. Aside from not being what I ordered, it was drier than the Simpson desert. The chips were oversalted within an inch of their existence, I’d put money on them outlasting the apocalypse - couldn’t eat them either. Sadly I was km’s away by the time I discovered this atrocity of a meal. I love spending $15 on a can of Pepsi. Driving past the window, I could see 4 or 5 staff members in the back, standing around having a chat not including the 2 at the payment window and 2 at the collection window. Today’s pathetic mess almost outdid the time they gave me a family feast with no burgers or chicken in it…. Hopeless. Seriously, Highett get it together, your weekday lunch service is a disgrace.

Went on 12/10/25 with family for a meal. We decided to eat in. Every table was dirty.? The meal took ages to arrive, place was not busy about 12 customers and a few drive in. The chips were over cooked and brown and just barely warm. I had lukewarm nuggets. The zinger burger was falling apart and messy. The other 2 meals just warm. No napkins at all, no staff to ask.? Overall very poor meal and service. Am very local but will not go back again as can not trust the food service is up to KFC normal standards. This place needs to be to be looked at by KFC head office about its poor standards and food and hygiene.

Fast food places are not my favourite however circumstances called for a dime in experience. The twister and chips I ate were fresh off the fryer and this was the first pleasant surprise. The place was clean and the counter staff helpful and efficient. Not much atmosphere inside on a Friday at 1pm - all the excitement was outside in the drive thru where cars were queued back to the service road. A good experience
