Got 3 families, the pizza's, were juicy, loaded with fresh toppings, perfect crust, and the sauces were right on spot. Special mention to Mirza, he was super friendly, attentive made the whole experience even better. great service and best food out there. highly recommended.

I ordered a pick up through Uber Eats and the app showed that the food was ready and when I went there the order was still being prepared and I had to wait for around 25 minutes. When I asked them that how long will it take, both the servers got angry and told me if you are in a hurry, you can cancel the order. I asked the guys that why did you mark the order as ready before it was ready and got the reply that we have to maintain our ratings. Totally worst experience and will not recommend to anyone.
P.S. Even the food was undercooked and it tasted very bad.
Won't order ever again.

Food was great but so was the service. Ali called ahead to say traffic was busy and to let me know how far away he was. Ali delivered my pizza on time, hot and with a friendly smile! Thank team at Big Al's and thank Ali!!

The owners must have changed. We've been buying regularly from here and never had issues. Lately, pizzas aren't ready on time. Tonight, I ordered online. Came back as being ready at 6.02pm. Got here at 6.05 was told it was going to be ready at 6.15 and showed me the ticket. I showed them my confirmation. Came back at 6.15, turns out they had 2 similar orders and mine hadn't even gone in the oven. Not even that busy to warrant such a mistake, especially when I showed them my confirmation saying 6.02. That should have showed them something was wrong

Placed delivery order online, payed by card. Checked where it was 1.5 hours later, sitting in the shop waiting for me to pick it up. Owner refused refund saying I could pick up the cold one. He agreed to deliver a fresh one but only if I payed again. Trying to push a cold pizza on customers? Russian roulette with salmonella.
