I came across this cafΓ© on Google and decided to give it a try.
Itβs $12 per slice, but each piece is easily enough for two people. This was actually the first time in my life I couldnβt finish a whole slice on my own. What I loved most is that itβs not overly sweet. The balance of sweetness between the pastry, icing, and cream is perfect. The custard is creamy and fresh without any overpowering eggy or floury taste.
Iβll definitely be coming back. Iβm also super glad itβs right in my neighbourhood.

First time trying the French Vanilla Slice from this friendly, welcoming cafe. I also chose a profiterole and I think that is my favourite. Iβm keen to try another version of their sliced and their cannoli next time.

Simply the best!
They may have the world record for the biggest Vanilla slice, but it may aswell be the award for best Vanilla slice!
I can never stop here without also getting a coffee and cannoli too, the best combo! Their portions are huge! Service is fast and friendly. Always great π

The Vanilla Slice is definitely among the best for taste, just due to the height of the custard layer, the proportion is not great. I would recommend halving the height of the custard layer, making it more economical and affordable.
The guiness record is great to have but might not be what everyone is looking for.
Texture, custard and pastry amazing!
Recommend the profiterols as well
