I placed an order and was told it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. When I arrived after 20 minutes, they said they had received more orders and asked me to wait. After waiting another 10 minutes, they asked me to wait again for another 15 minutes.
It feels like they prioritise online orders and don’t give much attention to customers who come in person for pickup.

Usually, Lokka Food Truck’s kottu is my favorite, but today I was utterly disappointed. I ordered seafood and chicken kottu, but the seafood kottu had only one prawn, a few pieces of cuttlefish, and mostly rotti. The chicken kottu had less than five small pieces of chicken. You should really maintain the quality of your food, especially when you’re charging the same price. It seems like the person making it has changed, and the taste and quality have gone down.

Ordered the special mixed kottu, deviled seafood, loaded fries with chicken, and pratha with pork curry. Deviled seafood and kottu were decent. The pork curry was inedible, no flavour at all, not even enough salt, pork Boiled in salt water would've tasted better. Also iced Milo costed 8 dollar for a small cup which is a bit outrageous 🤣 loaded fries is pretty much a downgraded hsp. Service and atmosphere wise isn't the best since it's a food truck which is understandable. Being a food truck the price point is also pricey, comparable to a dine in restaurant. For a srilankan joint, curry being this bad is unforgivable.

The chicken kottu from Lokka Food Truck is amazing! The chicken is tender, the spices are perfect, and the roti is soft and tasty. Every bite is so flavorful, and the portion is really filling. If you want great kottu, this is the place to go!

Awesome and fantastic food, have to say that their food is whole another level. Other SL food trucks are good but these guys are brilliant. Guys keep up the good work and friendly service. Hope everything gonna be better and not gonna fade away. Good luck and highly recommended to anyone.
