Iโve been here twice. Each time I got a selection of four curries but each time I wanted to try them all. I think I was born to live in Sri Lanka. Need to learn to eat with my hands. SUBLIME. Totally unassuming interior. Bain-maries of instantly-ready food. Of The Gods. Also grateful Iโve built up some chilli tolerance. Just $14 for a huge plate. Different things on offer each time. The last time I was particularly enamoured with a creamy yam dish that offset the dreamy but very spicy capsicum one (but all have been superb).

One of the best Lankan food stores that offers a damn good เถเถธเท เถถเถญเท!! Believe me its one of the best!! Spicy but amazingly satisfying!! (See image). I've been having this for years on and off and quality is top notch!!
FYI - Only available on Saturdays + make sure you call and order in advance on the day.

This is another lovely little Sri Lankan takeaway and dine in restaurant in Dandenong. Enjoyed the fried rice with chicken curry, polos curry and dhal. They also freshly make all sorts of filled buns, pan rolls and Sri Lankan breads. Very fresh and tasty food, friendly service and a great place for a quick lunch.

Visited few times and found their food is really good! Though I believe the crew members must have worked in a jewel shop before, as they are carefully serving the food( in milligrams). Do not get surprised if you get just 3 tiny pieces of chicken for a $12 meal! Also, hygiene is absolutely shocking if you see the attached photos!

My favourite Sri Lankan bakery. I always come to get a fresh egg roti that is made right in front of you to order. Sit down with that covered in gravy, the perfect combo. We always come here to get all our breads as well, you honestly cannot beat it! A gem of a place.
