The Baths Middle Brighton – ★☆☆☆☆
We visited mainly for the dining experience, but unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations.
What we didn’t like:
• The food was very disappointing and simply not enjoyable
• Flavours were poorly executed and overall quality was far below what we expected
• Cocktails were below standard, overly sweet, and tasted low quality
What we tried:
• ½ dozen Tasmanian oysters 🦪 – fresh and acceptable
• Pea risotto – unpleasant and lacking balance
• Seafood spaghetti 🍝 – extremely disappointing
The only positive:
• One of the staff members (I forgot to ask her name) was super nice, warm, and genuinely lovely 🥰
Her kindness really stood out, and I’ll definitely ask her name if I pass by next time.
A beautiful location, let down by a very underwhelming food and drink experience.

Could not recommend the baths in Middle Brighton more. We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and the whole process start to finish was incredible. Not only is this venue absolutely stunning, no one could believe it cost what it did! It is honestly such a bargain for what you get. The food was all incredible restaurant quality and the premium drinks package was a brilliant selection of wine, Being able to choose which wines to include really helped with making it fit our guests preferences. The staff on the night were really attentive and helpful and happy which makes such a difference to the overall vibe and lots of our guests have commented on this since the wedding. Hannah who was our contact in the lead up was also amazing and so helpful and made the whole thing feel very relaxing and easy. I honestly don't have a bad word to say about them!! And then the view is a whole topic in itself, honestly WOW. The photos! Book your wedding here, you really really wont regret it!!!

Nice spot for a brunch and coffee, though it gets really busy on weekends. Location is great, and the scenery is just amazing.
Overpriced as expected since it’s in Brighton, no surprise there.

Great spot for a casual meal and drinks with friends. Nice place by the water, friendly staff and good food. Got the $35 steak and Shiraz special, which I highly recommend.

We recently held a Spring Lunch at The Baths upstairs (110 people). Hannah was incredibly helpful in the lead up. And the staff on the day so helpful. Food was delicious, views stunning and got such positive feedback from those that went. Would highly recommend.
