First to greet you when you enter the shop is this musty,mildew smell🤢 that we ignore and still proceed to buy until receiving our order of $8 2scoops of ice cream with portion (see photo) and taste so NOT worthy of it’s price.should’ve gone to the other ice cream shop at high street just that this is the closest one to us that time.well, charge to experience, never going again.And wouldn’t recommend.

I went there with my family and it was the best experience, loved the ice cream and variety of different options, one of the friendliest staff Zack who made our experience unforgettable. Definitely would recommend it!!!

Ordered an ice cream cake online and collected from the store. $69.00 for the tiniest cake I’ve ever seen. Absolutely outrageous. Absolute rip off. Paid extra to have writing on the cake and they wrote it on the bloody cake board!!! DO NOT BUT AN ICECREAM CAKE FROM THESE SHONKS! It’s pathetic!!!!!

How busy can an ice cream store be in this weather that it takes the staff more than five minutes to scoop and hand over an order of ice cream to a delivery driver? Tried to call your store this evening to politely check in, and no answer there either. Not the first time you guys have accepted an order you don’t intend to fulfil either. Last time this happened, we waited almost two hours before receiving a message that the store couldn’t fulfil our order… ironically right when they closed! Whoever mans the store at night are clearly not interested in cashing in on already overpriced tubs of ice cream that you also get to charge additional for when it’s ordered for delivery. Absolute joke.
