Had the most amazing time at Saba Rooftop!
I visited with a girlfriend, and it was the perfect spot for a catch-up. The outdoor dining area had a stunning view, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy for us to have a long, relaxed conversation. Our waiter was incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit.
A special shoutout to the manager, Dan—his service was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even showing us around the pool and providing towels so we could dip our feet in. The entire experience was fantastic, and the view was absolutely breathtaking.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Saba multiple times, and we just celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday there. Every aspect of the experience exceeded our expectations. The food and drinks were nothing short of exceptional, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect. From start to finish, things were perfectly delivered.

This rooftop pool is such a good vibe!I d a great Saturday poolside afternoon sipping lovely cocktails in a calm atmosphere! It got rather busy at the end but was still enjoyable, there is limited spots especially nearby the pool so I recommend reservations or arriving early to not end up in an inner table instead. Semi-family friendly in case I d say stick to the inside areas which s also beautiful. Smoking is allowed in a small portion of the right side corner. Last but not least, shout out to the staff working here, they are the best, and all deserve a raise! Only negative point on the food, awaited an hour for the last 3 oysters left and discovered they were served to some else, rather disappointing. Highly recommended, and will be surely back!

The food was generally good, I loved the Mexican twist to the menu, generally delicious meals.
The views were spectacular, great for sundowners and sunsets. Great place to watch the sun set and the moon rise. It has an infinity pool on the side, be sure to bring your bathers for a dip.

The place is stunning with the city and Port Melbourne sea views. I got Jalapeno cheese croquettes, SABA wagyu beef burger, and creamy mash potato. All food are awesome delicious with fresh ingredients. The staff couldn't been better friendly. Definitely I would like to revisit this place again.
