We checked in tonight, and unfortunately our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. When I went downstairs to ask for some water, the staff member said he was β€œdone giving water.” This could have been communicated politely, but instead it came across as rude. This is a hotel, and guests should be treated with courtesy and provided with basic needs. I stay in hotels regularly, and this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I also heard another guest ask for water and was told to go downstairs to get it, yet when I asked, I was told he was done. The staff member working tonight, an older gentleman, did not make us feel welcome at all. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel. The treatment felt discriminatory and unwelcoming.

The room is very spacious. It even has a balcony. So comfortable. The hotel staff are very helpful and warm-hearted, making me feel at home. This hotel offers 3 bikes. You may borrow them for cycling in the city. 2 supermarkets nearby. Very convenient! Highly recommend!

Stayed here during my business trip to Melbourne. Conveniently located as I was working in Melbourne Olympic Park. Underground secure parking was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Good price and value for money. Room is very spacious! Has everything to be self sufficient, big fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, etc. Customer service is great! Breakfast was included in my room price, which was very convenient as well. Overall very pleasant experience.

We stayed 8 nights at the Amora Hotel, 4 in a 1BR Loft unit and 4 in a spa corner unit. Both room types were very good, we preferred the spa unit with separate bedroom on one level. Very spacious. The staff were fantastic. Maddison at reception provided world class service, we would back her against 5 star overseas hotels we have stayed in. Anne in the restaurant was also fantastic and it was a pleasure to eat at the Hotel. Great location, with walk options, car park easy access and we did some nice day trips. Would highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed 3 times in recent years as close to everything, including family.

This is my 2nd time staying here as my 1st experience was great. I chose this hotel a 2nd time as I was having heart surgery at a hospital near by and wwwooowww what great service I really couldn't ask for better comfort and service, the staff made sure I had a comfy bed, extra towels, and the restaurant delivered any food I wanted. I had to stay close by to the hospital for 3 days after my surgery an well each day the reception an staff came an checked on me an seen of there was anything I needed... they wore all ssooo kind, even asked my partner who was with me if there was anything they could do. Even let us park in the disable park close by as I couldn't walk much. They went over an beyond and the rooms and everything is so clean. Definitely the place to stay. An the location is perfect as well. Close to everything. Thank you amora hotel for making my heart surgery recovery alot easier before I head home to NSW.
