Amazing place on top of the Marriott hotel which is able to enjoy the beautiful sunset. It’s a mix of bar and restaurant. The space was comfortable. Most importantly you can enjoy the sunset of the bay.
The server was nice, the shrimp and crab meat appetizer was fresh and tasty. They have many alcoholic and cocktail choices. The best part is they also provide mocktail which tastes sweet and flavor.

My 2nd time back to the Sunset House with my stay at Marriot. Lovely ambience, night view, service, and drink, especially the Chinese bartender (Ray), he’s very talented and creative on the special drinks.
Service from all other staff was lovely too.
One guy from Thursday night wasn’t doing well on even a Gin and Tonic, i didn’t ask for his name but he could parctise from Ray or even the bartender serving the same drink on the night before.
Anyhow deserves 5 star for the overall experience.

Had dinner here with my wife during our short 1 night stay at the Marriot Docklands. Atmosphere was very nice and the so was the food (the sticky date pudding was the highlight from the menu).
But the real highlight was Ray who was phenomenal in his level of service - he went out of his way to verify with the chef that what we were ordering was halal suitable and came up with 2-3 mocktail recipes on the spot personalised to our tastes.

Sunset House is a new rooftop cocktail bar, located high up on the 15th floor of the 5-star Marriot Docklands hotel. It is one of the few west-facing bars in Melbourne, featuring floor to ceiling windows looking out to dazzling sunsets and 180° degree views across the Bolte Bridge and Port Phillip Bay. You can’t miss the stunning 28-metre wet-edge infinity pool. 🏊🏼♀️
The menu features local beers and a curated signature cocktail list, as well as a small food selection designed for grazing and sharing. We settled in with a couple rounds of cocktails and a Cheese Platter. The platter was great, a delicious and generous assortment that changes daily. 🧀
The Espresso Martini comes on tap however we ordered it regular, which was textbook perfect. The Sunset Sling was the right balance between sweet and citrus. Alice in Wonderland was a bit of a fun concoction but my favourite was the Love Potion, a pink lychee martini. 💕
The whole vibe is very sophisticated yet welcoming, the inspiration drawn from the old school Beverly Hills pool houses. A great option in the area for after work or pre dinner drinks. 🍹

Exceptional service, came here when we visited the Marriott hotel. Drinks were beautiful, decorated so nicely and we got a great view of the sunset. The infinity pool is also just outside which makes for a great view
