I've tried most of the coffee in Carnegie (Oat Latté) and this is one of the two places i am happy with and regularly buy from. I go here more as it is cheaper than the other place (Elle Coffee being my number 2 for those following along). The staff are also lovely, friendly and professional and coffee always good regardless of which barista makes it.
Today I treated our house to some beautiful pastries which are always perfect and fresh - we usually go for a plain croissant but they have a great variety including the Ubé I am about to try which is new and made with Taro.
While I was there a lady came to purchase one of each of the mini cakes which are truly spectacular works of art. We chatted and she was purchasing them for a house warming. Great decadent consumable gift idea.
The mini cakes are $15 each or 4 for $50 so quite an indulgence but im sure they are absolutely worth it.

This patisserie is an absolute delight and a true celebration of French craftsmanship. From the moment you step inside, the attention to detail and passion for quality are immediately evident. The display alone is stunning, with each petit gateaux looking like a small work of art.
The flavors are exceptional! perfectly balanced, refined, and unmistakably fresh. Every bite reflects a deep respect for traditional techniques combined with a thoughtful, modern touch. Also they are elegant without being overly sweet, and the textures are consistently impeccable.
Equally impressive is the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the experience. It is clear that only the finest ingredients are used, and that nothing is rushed or compromised.
A must-visit for everyone❤️

Am usually not one to do reviews but this place is unique and one out of the box. The cakes are extraordinary both visually and in taste (ones I've tasted anyway). Coffee is divine. One of Carnegie's best kept secret, hope not too many people find out! 😚

Carnegie's best kept secret (among many great eateries) is this place. I've been patronising this place since they first opened and they have consistently produced fantastic cakes and pastries.
The coffee and matcha drinks are outstanding and made very well every single time. One of the best places along Koornang Road, where you are spoilt for choice.

The cakes were expensive but I think were worth the price. Personally the matcha strawberry yuzu was a tiny bit too sweet for me but it was still enjoyable with the different elements and textures. The choc chip hot cross bun was good but so is a choc chip hot cross bun from Bakers Delight and it costs half the price. The matcha latte was unfortunately quite disappointing; the texture was powdery and flavour-wise it had a bit of a cinnamon taste to it. It’s also sweetened, which was not mentioned to me when I ordered. Will try more cakes and pastries next time!
