I visited this place expecting a certain level of professionalism and high standards, but unfortunately, it fell far below those expectations. I paid the entry fee and stepped out briefly
no more than a 30 minutes, to meet my friends. When I returned, I showed the stamp I was given upon entry, yet I was told I had to pay again.
So, be aware: if you leave the premises for any reason, you will be required to pay another entry fee, even if you were outside for less than 30 minutes.
This venue has great potential fantastic music too , but the way the front-of-house is managed feels unethical. Having worked in the industry for many years across different countries and worked closely with many big venues , this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. I genuinely hope management reviews this practice and makes improvements.

I had an amazing experience at Emerson, and a huge part of that was thanks to Anastasia. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made the whole experience feel welcoming and effortless, and you could tell she really takes pride in what she does. Service like hers makes all the difference and is exactly why I’ll be coming back. Highly recommend Emerson, especially if you’re looked after by Anastasia.

We booked the cocktail-making class for my friend’s hens and our instructor Bibek made the night so much fun — he was professional, engaging, and had such great energy. The cocktails were delicious, the instructions were easy to follow, and Bibek’s mix of humour and skill really made the night special. We couldn’t have asked for a better host for our hens night! It was the perfect mix of laughter, learning, and great drinks.

I recently attended the "Bed By 10" event at The Emerson in South Yarra, and it was fantastic! As someone over 30, it was the perfect clubbing experience. The music was a great mix of 80s, 90s, and early 2000s hits, and the atmosphere was electric with amazing visuals and confetti showers. The best part? We were home by 10 PM, so no sacrificing the next day. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun night out without the late-night hangover!
