Absolutely unacceptable. GYG South Yarra served chicken in a vegetarian burrito. Guacamole was missing, staff showed zero apology, and only later I discovered the meat. I’m a strict vegetarian—this is a serious food handling failure and total disregard for dietary requirements. Not safe.

I gave them an order as always. During I went to pay, the guy claimed increased price! And I ask for him what happened, did the prices increase? He said yes. I said that I couldn't see any differences in their board and all prices are the same! He said that the prices change 1 or 2 weeks ago and the board haven't updated yet! Don't buy anything there before asking. And GyG South Yarra lost a loyal customer today. Now I'm in Mad Max

I was under the impression that this was nothing but a 1 star location but, I think, they changed the cook or something---it's better now. I think the cook's name was Edmond or something close to that--he was really sweet. 100% would come back.
I had the medium bowl, it was fun. Better than I was expecting.

I got a ground beef burrioto delivered. But when i bit into it there was this hard slab, at first i thought it was an unripe avacdoo but it looked like dehydrated pink meat. I was so put off.

All Good in the service and the food
What I feel that exceeded any place even if it is fast food is that there was a part that was flooded and also the smell was strong, then I realized that the flood was shared with the bathroom wall. I couldn’t eat at ease because of the bad smell and the worst thing is that no one did anything to clean. It was very disgusting to stay there with the smell of the bathroom
