I had a really disappointing experience at this Woolworths. I walked in with two drinks I’d already purchased from a service station, grabbed a new drink from the fridge, and went straight to the register. Despite clearly seeing this, the security guard repeatedly questioned me and implied I was stealing.
I shop here almost every day and spend plenty of money, so being treated with suspicion for no reason felt embarrassing and completely unfair. This isn’t the first time I’ve been targeted at this store, and the stereotyping from security seriously needs to be addressed. 😡

Is it crazy busy almost always? Yes. It's worth it though. The irony: the busyness ensures high product turnover meaning you'll get fresh produce, baked goods & meats. They run sales on selected items I've enjoyed. I don't go often but I enjoy it when I do.

I find this Woolworths nicer than most others I’ve visited. It’s also well located within a modern high-rise complex, surrounded by nice water features.

For over 6 months for 4 self checkouts you cant use at one end of the store. Does head office even know? Leaving only 3 in use with 1 for cash.
For 3 months the freezer not working. But now there want to change the lay out of the fridge??
The Manager clearly has no idea. And just doesn’t care about improving/ keeping standards.
Do better Woolworths. Especially when changing 10% more than normal store.

Value for money hyperstore.
Availability & price are the points of attraction...
