Don’t be fooled by the queue! Went to Johnny Vince and Sam’s for the first time and while waiting in the queue I overheard someone say ‘there’s a line it must be good’. I have to say it was some of the most average and overpriced Italian food I’ve ever eaten. Literally paid $41 for a veal schnitzel which had no flavour and it didn’t even come with any sides! Every dish besides the gnocchi was seriously lacking in flavour. To top it off when we got the bill we got slugged with a Saturday surcharge! Seriously you’re charging $41 for a schnitzel and $37 for pasta, surely you’re making enough money to pay your employees penalty rate on weekends, especially when there’s so many people queuing up to spend their money at your restaurant.

We were lucky enough to be invited and let me just say - WOW. Everything was amazing. I love the Nona vibes for the decor and the food was next level. We’ll be back to try everything else on the menu. Tonight we had lasagna and gnocchi 👌👌 special shout to Maria our waiter ❤️❤️

Went here with my partner for lunch. We were served by this lady (forgot to ask her name!) - she was so lovely, welcoming and always smiling. 😊 We ordered the Gnocchi and the anchovy pasta. Anchovy pasta was a tad salty, but still quite good. My favourite was the gnocchi - it was such a simple dish but so hearty and delicious! The tomato sauce was so so good that i had to mop it all off with some foccacia! Probably one of the best gnocchi's that i've had. YUM

10 out 10!! The food was beyond amazing, simple, authentic Italian cooking without any unnecessary pomp or fluff. We felt instantly transported back to Italy, less is more, the pasta is a vessel and a simple sauce is the star, this is exactly what you want in a meal. We ate so much I actually felt in pain for the afternoon but it was worth it for such an authentic, homestyle experience, best meal of the year, hands down. The service was also exceptional from all the team and wait staff who looked after us. Grazie!

Visited ten days ago and really had a good time here. Sadly I’ve been too busy these days to write a good review :( We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and luckily we met with a birthday party and also joined part of the birthday song. Phil is a really kind gentleman who gave us good recommendations for the meals and also nice service. We have told him that there are really good comments about this restaurant on a Chinese social platform named as Small Red Book. The restaurant is called ‘Three Elders’ as a nickname. We loved the food but sadly we missed Lasagna, so we will definitely come back for it next time. The decorations are so warm, making me feel like I am at Christmas time.
