A fun visual and sensory experience, plus great food & cocktails. This is a MUST DO, to go on anyone's bucket list. So much to see, buy, eat and enjoy here and super cute! Super large servings. Great food, great service. I had fried polenta chips & mushrooms. My plate was loaded! Others ordered OMD big breakfasts with scrambled eggs, and brioche french toast. Plus a kiddies smiley face pancake with fresh banana & strawberries. We all shared and still left some. Plus I had a Limoncello cocktail. Beautiful. You must explore this divine place, it keeps going! Every little section or area is a whole fairytale, insta photo worthy story of its own. We'll be back!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had mixed feelings about my visit. The place itself was beautiful and had a great vibe, but the food didn't quite live up to my expectations. With 16 years of experience as a chef, I think I can offer some constructive feedback - your food needs a bit more flavor and taste. On the other hand, the drinks were fantastic!

My partner took me here for our 3-year anniversary as a surprise. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. They really listened to all of my dietary requirements and provided a really wonderful experience. I highly recommend booking at this place and taking the time to choose where you want to sit because every single table in this restaurant is it's own tiny little bubble of an experience and they are all vastly different and extremely beautiful. I want to come back and try sitting at every single table. Gorgeous, delicious, totally worth it!

Old Man Drew is an aesthetically pleasing cafe with beautiful plants, mirrors, and umbrella decor on outdoor roof. The service was quick and efficient. Coffee was another strong point — well made, served at the exact temperature we requested, and genuinely enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the same standard. The chicken burger was quite overcooked and dry. The fries were excessively salty, making them hard to enjoy. The scrambled egg was just average.
Overall, Old Man Drew Café excels in ambience, coffee, and service, but the food fell short during our visit. It has great potential, and with some improvement in the kitchen, it could easily match the rest of the experience.

Old Man Drew is a lovely café in Melbourne with very unique and creative decor. Every corner has something interesting to look at, giving the place a warm and artistic atmosphere. It’s a great spot for brunch or coffee with friends, and there’s plenty of free two hour parking close by, which makes visiting easy. Prices are fair, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
However, the café could improve a few things. The cleanliness wasn’t perfect and could use a bit more attention, especially given how popular and busy the place gets. The food menu is a little limited, and the toilets open directly into the dining area, which isn’t ideal.
Overall, the place is a charming and affordable café with an interstate decor and good parking. If you’re looking for a relaxed spot in Melbourne with character and reasonable prices, it’s worth a visit.
